In this strategic and influential position, you’ll partner with senior leaders across the UK and Europe, contributing to long-term organisational goals through effective people planning, performance initiatives, and workforce development. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters including change management, TUPE, engagement, and succession planning
