We’re growing globally and looking for the right team to keep the momentum going.
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to support our Head of HR and work closely with the wider EMEA team. You’ll play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive performance and engagement.
What you will do;
- Partner with senior leaders across the EMEA region to provide HR guidance and support aligned with business priorities
- Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives across the region
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities
- Manage employee relations, including coaching managers on complex cases and investigations
- Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives
- Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance with local laws and policies
- Provide insights and HR metrics to influence business decisions and improve employee experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a multinational company
- Proven knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
- Ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Confident problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset
