We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to support our Head of HR and work closely with the wider EMEA team. You’ll play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive performance and engagement.

What you will do;

• Partner with senior leaders across the EMEA region to provide HR guidance and support aligned with business priorities
• Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives across the region
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities
• Manage employee relations, including coaching managers on complex cases and investigations
• Lead or support change management and organizational development initiatives
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance with local laws and policies
• Provide insights and HR metrics to influence business decisions and improve employee experience
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a multinational company
• Proven knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
• Ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting change management and employee engagement initiatives
• Confident problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset
