HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team with a leading professional services firm based in Bristol. This is a strategic and operational role supporting senior stakeholders across practice groups, driving high performance, employee engagement and managing employment risks effectively.

Working closely with HR colleagues the role partners with senior leaders to deliver a seamless HR service across the employee lifecycle. This will include: talent development, succession planning, and annual HR processes such as appraisals and reward reviews; collaboration on recruitment, early careers development, and firm-wide HR initiatives including DEI and policy updates; acting as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. The position will also be involved in various strategic opportunities and projects to drive the people agenda forward.

This position will suit someone looking to step up into their first HR Business Partner role (likely to be at Senior HR Advisor level) or an HR Business Partner looking for a fresh challenge and working environment within a really collaborative and creative HR team. They are seeking talented HR professionals who have gained their experience within a Partnership, this could include an accountancy or legal environment. With a broad generalist HR toolkit you will have strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills alongside commercial awareness and a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

This company is based in central Bristol and operate a hybrid working model with a good balance between home and work.
