HR Business Partner

This is a hybrid role where you will be onsite 2 days a week. You will be responsible for Talent and HR business partnering, reporting to the Head of HR, and partnering with head office teams including Finance, IT and Marketing, while leading on talent management and development across the company.

What you will be doing

• Providing business partnering support in areas such as HR changes, HR projects, complex ER support, line management support, advice and training
• Manage talent and succession planning activities across the company
• Lead on the performance management cycle
• Support with reporting and providing talent insights

• Proven HR business partnering experience, ideally gained within a corporate environment
• Strong ER knowledge
