Role overview
You'll partner with senior leaders to build, shape and deliver the people strategy. Leading on organisational people change, building capability, driving a high-performance and inclusive learning culture. Working with HR centres of Excellence as well as collaborating across functions and teams to ensure successful delivery of plans
Job details - you'll need to have demonstrable experience in:
- Develop, own and execute HR strategies that deliver medium & long-term business goals and own - you will develop and ensure delivery of capability build across functions, job families, critical skills and teams
- Lead on people change initiatives and business change that impacts colleagues, building plans that ensure the change is successfully delivered and drives improved efficiency and performance
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure plans are aligned to business outcomes including building relationships across functions to enable successful delivery and use data to identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate success of initiatives and build plans as needed to drive performance and efficiency
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across the organization and build into work to deliver actionable change
- Ensure that you (and any direct reports) are meeting customers' fair and reasonable expectations and provide fair outcomes. Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet these expectations and any activity that does not place customers' interests at the heart of how we do business
Essential skills/experience:
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills including credibility to confidently challenge, demonstrated at Senior Manager and Exco Level
- Strategic and change orientated mindset with ability to implement operationally
- Ability to work at pace and maintain composure when there are conflicting priorities
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload and influence others accordingly
- Data confident - able to use to drive change and performance
- Collaborative style that can drive and engage others to deliver
