We are partnering with a market-leading UK PLC on a transformation journey within their People function. They are seeking to appoint an HR Change Partner to lead and execute strategic people-focused initiatives. Reporting to a talented HR leader, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive strategic change programs within HR, utilizing your expertise in transformation and change management principles.
- Support HR tech change initiatives and utilize HRIS systems to facilitate change programs.
- Work autonomously as a self-starter, demonstrating high emotional intelligence to understand business and stakeholder needs.
- Engage internal stakeholders effectively to gain buy-in and support for initiatives.
