HR Services Coordinator (12-month FTC)

Salary: £24,242 - £28,272 (dependent on experience) | Full-Time | Hybrid working

As part of the HR Delivery team, you’ll provide first-line responses to over 1,300 colleagues and People Leaders in the UK, offering advice on queries related to Workday ERP, pay, leave, policies, and more.

We focus on enhancing the employee experience through continuous improvements, self-service capabilities, and insightful trend analysis. You will also participate in various projects aimed at improving HR services.

We seek a candidate with HR experience, familiarity with Workday is advantageous. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, curious, and proactive, with a customer service mindset and the ability to work well with data and multiple priorities.

Location & Work Arrangements

Based at our Southampton HQ with a hybrid work model. Regular attendance at the office is required.
