HR Coordinator – Professional Services London (Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 WFH) Up to £42,000 depending on experience Full-time, Permanent

We’re supporting a highly respected and established professional services firm in their search for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their London-based team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience.

The Role: You’ll be central to the day-to-day running of the HR function, delivering seamless support across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit, payroll to policy. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, you'll also take ownership of key administrative processes and contribute to ongoing HR projects.

You’ll report to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the HR inbox and documentation trackers

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes

Coordinate induction sessions and HR system updates

Support payroll preparation and benefit portal updates

Maintain employee records, intranet pages, and HR policies

Assist with flexible working, family leave requests, and employee queries

Produce regular HR reports and documentation for changes (e.g. salary, hours)

Provide project coordination support for strategic HR initiatives

Deliver ad hoc support to the Head of HR and wider team

What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an HR support or coordination role

Comfortable using HR systems (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office

Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong administrative skills

Confident communicator with a professional, friendly manner

Able to prioritise and work under pressure with accuracy and discretion

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a strong team player

Experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
