Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

- Proven experience in a Senior HR leadership role within a fast paced, high growth and ideally PE environment

- You must hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience

- Strong generalist HR knowledge with deep expertise in organisational development

- Experience leading through growth, change and scaling challenges

- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
