This role is fully office-based in their offices in South West London, providing direct support to people managers and employees across all areas of HR. Please note: This role is fully head office based. What You'll Be Doing: Acting as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on performance management, absence management, and employee relations Building strong relationships across the global team and partnering with people managers Leading on employee relations cases, coaching managers through ER processes Managing onboarding, probation reviews, and exit interviews Supporting recruitment, including conducting HR stage interviews Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and handbooks are up to date and compliant Assisting with immigration matters for employees and candidates Delivering team engagement activities to support a positive workplace culture What We're Looking For: 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced generalist HR role Proven experience managing ER cases Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills CIPD qualification or significant HR experience in a senior role TPBN1_UKCT
