Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Insight Analyst to join a leading company. This is a newly created role where you will operate as an SME on people data and enable the business to make more informed decisions based on insights & data. This is a hybrid role where you will be onsite twice a week.

What you will be doing

• Have responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving a suite of HR dashboards and reports
• Deliver regular and ad hoc MI reports to the HR leadership team
• Provide trend analyses and forecasting to support workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives
• Work with the HRIS Manager, to ensure data accuracy and compliance across all HR systems
• Identify risks, issues, or improvement opportunities based on external MI reports
• Provide actionable insights from data to support business decisions

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in an HR analytics, MI, or reporting role – along with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools
• A good understanding of HR metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• An exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
