We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join a well-established property company based in South West London.

• 25 hours per week (across 4 or 5 days – flexible working pattern available)

About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering the company’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive, values-driven culture. You’ll manage and develop a small HR team while overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
• Advise and support managers on all employee relations matters
• Ensure policies and processes comply with employment legislation and best practice
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding processes
• Manage and develop HR team members
• Lead training and development initiatives across the business
• Analyse HR data and provide reports to senior leadership
• Oversee performance management, pay reviews, and staff engagement activities
• Liaise with external providers on payroll and employee benefits
• Promote and embed a culture that reflects the company’s values and inclusivity

About You

• Confident managing a small HR team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
