HR Support Officer – People Projects | 8813 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £26,403 - £28,142 per annum | Scale E | County Hall
We are looking for an HR Support Officer to join the People Projects team here at Norfolk County Council. The team supports organisational change in NCC and the job’s core focus is to support projects which involve people change across our range of services. It’s a broad role where you’ll be able to add value with what you do, and you’ll take a lead on formal HR process administration, implementation of establishment hierarchies and providing solutions in line with our policies to make change happen.
Responsibilities

- Support projects involving people change across NCC services.
- Adapt to a broad role with opportunities to add value through your work.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer services.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Positive and proactive approach to taking issues forward.
- Ability to use IT confidently.
- Ability to listen to and be sensitive to the views of others.
- Ideally a level 2 qualification or relevant experience in a relevant field.
