We are now recruiting for the role of HR Systems Administrator to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our HCM systems and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team.
The Role
As HR Systems Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support within the HCM Systems team, ensuring a seamless service to users across the business. You’ll be responsible for:
- Entering and maintaining accurate data
- Generating system reports and dashboards
- Responding to first-line queries from stakeholders and end users
- Maintaining contingent worker data and position structures
- Supporting bulk data uploads and validation
- Documenting system procedures and updating user guides
- Collaborating with HR and business teams to improve system functionality
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data accuracy and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Success in This Role Will Look Like
- Accurate and efficient data maintenance
- Timely and effective query resolution
- Seamless collaboration with other RR SMR departments
- Well-maintained contingent worker data and position structures
We anticipate paying a salary of between £28,800 - £38,000 DOE plus:-
- Bonus - On Target Performance Opportunity 7%
- Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
- Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
- Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
- Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
- Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
- £250 - One-off payment for new starters for home office purchases

Each Rolls-Royce SMR power station will have the capacity to generate 470MW of low carbon energy, equivalent to more than 150 onshore wind turbines and enough to power a million homes.
