Job Description
As we prepare for significant growth in 2026 and beyond, we’re investing in our HR technology to ensure it scales with us. We’re looking for a dedicated HR/People Business Analyst to lead the optimisation and support of our HR system — particularly HiBob. This is a newly created role that sits at the heart of our digital transformation within the Group People function.
Office: Perspective Financial Group Limited
Location: Home Based
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour break (35 hours)
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. Available upon request.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob or similar HR platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in cross-functional project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with system configuration, data integrity, and user support.
- Understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Diligence and confidentiality is a must.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Optimise and automate HR processes through Bob to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Verify the accuracy of all data points in Bob and conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with People, IT, Finance, Regulatory, Marketing (all internal departments), and external partners to identify process improvements and align systems and data flows.
- Support system enhancements including configuration, system updates, user access, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with the HiBob Account Manager to ensure that Perspective maximizes the system's capabilities and that core developments in Bob are effectively communicated for product requests.
- Lead or actively participate in all phases of functional development: design, development, testing, and deployment. Produce training materials, video/documents where required.
- Support API integrations between Bob and other systems in our tech stack to enable secure and efficient data exchange.
- Drive continuous improvement using analytics; support development of improved People KPIs/Dashboards and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide improved business reporting from Bob using advanced excel skills for Executive Board.
- Collaborate with other Company Business Analysts in the Central Team to ensure that all HR data and the technology stack support all other areas of the business and vice versa.
