The role will provide HSE advice and support to a portfolio of projects in the UK and further develop the positive HSE culture through engagement and auditing across a number of construction sites, which will involve UK-wide travel. You will be from a construction background.

How you’ll make an impact
Provide cost effective specialist HSE support and advice to tendering and project delivery teams throughout the project life cycle.
Support the development of processes consistent with Legislation, Group and ESI / Construction Industry best practice.
Provide internal service for audit and inspection of projects and departmental processes to monitor performance & identify areas for improvement.
Support HSE performance improvement strategies and campaigns linked to key business objectives & targets for implementation internally & through supply chain partners.
Produce monthly HSE KPIs and management information for review and action by the Management Team.
Your background
HSE professional with project/construction experience
Qualified to NEBOSH Construction level in HSE Management
Conversant with relevant ISO standards
Experienced in the operation & management of business management systems
