TeamUp makes life easier for fitness businesses like gyms, yoga studios, and personal trainers. We simplify class scheduling, membership management, and payment processing so that business owners can focus on building relationships and delivering great experiences.
Position Overview
e are adding to the team and looking for a HubSpot Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for supporting and optimizing how TeamUp uses HubSpot across marketing, sales, onboarding, and operations. While HubSpot is a key system, it functions as one part of a broader marketing and operations toolkit. Much of this role involves responding to a variety of requests from cross-functional stakeholders. The work is fast-paced and often requires managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities
This position will suit someone who enjoys solving problems in a fluid environment, is comfortable with limited structure, and can balance both strategic improvements and tactical, day-to-day execution. Key areas of responsibilities will include:
Campaigns & Automation
- Audit, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, emails, customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and other relevant tooling.
- Execute campaigns from setup through to QA and performance review.
- Track results and surface opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align campaigns with objectives.
- Maintain dashboard reporting and data accuracy within HubSpot.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot internal sync or automation issues.
- Raise blockers and escalate technical needs where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Hubspot-related issues flagged by the team.
- Document how workflows, automations and key processes function across teams.
- Keep internal process documentation up to date as systems and practices evolve.
- Support cross-functional efforts to improve efficiency across CRM, reporting, and operations.
- Identify trends, gaps, or inconsistencies in the data and present practical solutions to improve automation, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Share actionable insights across the team that contribute to decision making, uncover growth opportunities and surface potential risks. impact and influence growth opportunities as well as surface potential risks.
- Translate data and system behavior into clear recommendations that support strategic priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate insights effectively through reports, dashboards, slides and written and verbal updates to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders
Although HubSpot is your area of ownership, a portion of your time will be spent supporting work that extends beyond the platform ranging from campaign execution to ad hoc operational asks. This isn’t a rigidly structured CRM environment, and the role suits someone who is adaptable and excited to bring more clarity and process over time.
Required Skills
- Tools: 3+ years in marketing operations or automation utilizing HubSpot
- Experience: Background in B2B
- Technical skills: Comfortable using workflows, reports, and CRM tools; familiarity with HTML is a bonus
- Problem Solver: Able to navigate ambiguity and proactively suggest improvements
- Collaborative: Communicates clearly and works well across teams
- Organized: Able to prioritize work and manage time in a high-volume environment
- Adaptable: Thrives in fast-changing situations and finds ways to create clarity
- Solution-Oriented and Curious: You don’t just spot problems you connect the dots between data, processes, and business goals to recommend practical improvements.
- Insight-Driven: You go beyond system management by drawing insights from data and automation behavior, helping the team make smarter decisions and improve performance
- The salary range for this role is £65,000 to £67,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.
- This will be a remote positioned based in the UK.
- Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices.
- We maintain a highly collaborative culture and expect all employees to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and team interactions. This includes joining scheduled video calls with cameras on, contributing to conversations, and being fully present.
