We’re hiring: People Advisor Hybrid working – 2 days in Rotherham | 2 days in Mansfield | 1 day from home Full-time | Permanent Competitive salary + 10% bonus + benefits Reporting to: Senior People Partner

We’re looking for a People Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is ready to bring HR to life across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing clear, pragmatic HR advice
• Support change management programmes—including restructures, TUPE, and org design
• Coach managers through employee relations with empathy and confidence
• Deliver on strategic HR projects around engagement, wellbeing, and DEI
• Keep our HR systems sharp and data-driven
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Use HR metrics to influence smarter, faster decisions
• Champion our values and nurture a culture of continuous improvement
  
  
  

• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience in a similar advisory-level HR role, ideally multi-site or manufacturing
• CIPD Level 5 (or actively working towards it)
• Confident communicator, skilled at influencing and relationship building
• A self-starter who’s calm under pressure and thrives on variety
