Now, with this HR Advisor role, we\'re taking our People team to the next level, operating within our fast-paced organisation to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
Your focus in this HR Advisor role:
- First point of contact for HR related employee and manager queries
- Assist in the development of performance management systems, including appraisals and performance improvement plans
- Support with implementation of changes related to organisational design
- Coaching and supporting managers with people related processes
- End to end management of employee relations cases
- Communication of people policy and employment law changes
- Delivery of cross functional Human Resource and wider business projects
What you\'ll need to bring to the grid as an HR Advisor:
- Previous experience in a similar role at a fast paced organisation
- Sound knowledge of up to date employment legislation and ability to demonstrate its practical application
- Level 3 CIPD qualified or above
- Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders using different mediums
- Proactive with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Where you\'ll work: Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
