Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a global SaaS organisation focused on student development. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with the Commercial Functions to deliver strategic HR initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders in employee relations, workforce planning, coaching, and talent development, providing trusted HR advice to stakeholders on all HR-related matters. The role is generalist and may require wearing multiple hats.

Ensuring Your Success

You will have prior experience as an HRBP, ideally partnering with commercial functions (sales, customer experience and support) in a fast-paced environment. A demonstrable background in generalist HR work is essential, with strong knowledge of change management, HR policies & processes, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, local labour laws and regulations. Excellent stakeholder management skills are key to success, with the ability to quickly build trust and solve problems. CIPD qualifications are desirable.
