Associate Director - Recruiting HR roles across Manchester and Lancashire

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Strategic Business Partner to join a fast-growing client of mine. Working as part of the broader people team, this role is initially being recruited on a 12-month FTC basis and offers the chance to support the leadership team in fostering a high-performing culture, focusing on embedding culture and values, talent management, succession planning, engagement, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating HR strategy into clear objectives aligned with business strategy
• Understanding the business, financial, and operational issues to facilitate strategic discussions
• Leading talent mapping, succession planning, leadership development, retention, and engagement
• Using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders
• Identifying solutions to people-related issues
• Coaching leaders
• Supporting various people projects

Applicants should have previous experience in a strategic business partnering role, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in achieving strategic objectives.

This is a remote-first role with some travel to sites in the South East. Ideally, candidates should be based in this area. The role can be full-time or a 4-day week.
