About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with deep expertise in HiBob HRIS and payroll transformation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mid-sized environments (500–1000 employees) and has successfully led at least two end-to-end HiBob implementations. You’ll be instrumental in driving HR and payroll system change, working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of HiBob HRIS and payroll projects, from planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide hands-on support with system configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and data protection standards.
- Deliver clear and concise project documentation and reporting.
- Minimum 2 full-cycle HiBob HRIS implementations – this is a must.
- Strong, hands-on experience managing HCM/HRIS and payroll projects.
- Experience working in mid-sized organisations (500–1000 employees).
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and compliance.
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments with occasional travel.
- Broader experience with other HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Background in HR or payroll operations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
