Overview
Interim HR Project Consultant | London/Hybrid 2-3 days on site. 12-month fixed term contract. Salary: £70-80k DOE, plus bonus, 12% pension, life cover x10, PMI, and 28 days holiday. Day rate not available. We’re looking for an Interim People Project Consultant to lead the delivery of high-impact HR projects that drive transformation and support the business strategy. You’ll work with Strategic HR Business Partners and specialists across the organisation to design and implement innovative, pragmatic solutions that add measurable value.
As a key contact for stakeholders, you’ll manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and lead delivery of People projects aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective planning, communication, and project governance
- Track project plans, risks, actions, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Deliver clear and engaging communications and presentations to support change initiatives
- Provide expert advice on People processes and policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyse People data to inform decision-making and measure success
- Contribute to wider HR transformation initiatives across the UK business
- Experience in Business Transformation (OD)
- Ideally experience in an organisation that has moved to an agile Product-led operating model
Qualifications
- Strong consultancy and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience analysing data to identify trends and guide decision-making
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
- Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset
