A Role with Reach

This position offers real variety—strategic planning, customer interaction, and hands-on engineering insight—alongside the opportunity to grow your profile across an international network. Whether you're based in Bristol or Stevenage, the hybrid model supports flexibility and balance.
What You’ll Bring
- A broad-based engineering background, ideally supported by a degree in a technical or numerate discipline
- Experience with weapon system support models and predictive logistics modelling
- Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders
- A strategic mindset with a practical approach to managing priorities, multiple issues and delivery timelines
- An understanding of support chains from supply through to customer readiness
- Base salary circa £65,000, depending on experience
- Annual bonus up to 21% of salary
- Up to 14% pension contribution (combined)
