Purpose of the role

Keyloop is looking for an automotive industry professional with an aftersales dealership background to join our implementation team. If you have experience as an aftersales manager, service manager, parts manager or advisor, we would like to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to utilise your skills and contribute to our growth and make a meaningful impact.

You will be required to:

• Complete all induction training which will include on-site shadowing of colleagues
• Complete the implementation of the Keyloop DMS for current and new customers
• Ensure implementations are delivered to a high standard, by reviewing and improving our processes to maintain quality.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, configure system settings, and ensure everything is correctly set-up ahead of ‘Go Live'.
• Provide both remote and on-site consultancy support.
• Have the desire to enhance your knowledge of the DMS, platform, and integrations.
• Problem-solve using your automotive industry experience.
• Have a confident attitude and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

We are looking for:

• A full UK driving licence.
• A proactive attitude, with strong self-motivation whilst being United with colleagues.
• A background in the aftersales automotive industry (Service or Parts)
• It would be an advantage if you have used the Keyloop DMS previously.
• An Authentic approach to prioritise and manage numerous work streams at the same time.
• You will need to be organised, Bold, and have a practical approach in your work.
