Implementation Specialist - FP&A

We're recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how finance teams plan, forecast, and report. Their award-winning platform integrates directly with Excel, helping CFOs and FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) teams automate manual processes, unlock data insights, and make faster strategic decisions.

If you're passionate about finance, technology, and building strong client relationships, this is your chance to join a high-growth business making waves in the FP&A world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and FP&A leaders, guiding them through onboarding and adoption.
  • Optimise client workflows - analyse financial models and recommend smarter ways of working.
  • Build long-term relationships, ensuring renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Work with forward-thinking finance teams at leading North American and UK companies.
  • This is a strategic role—closer to consultancy than support.
  • Managing an existing portfolio of 8 to 10 accounts through the software implementation process.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years in a Financial Analyst role
  • Finance or accounting background - either through your career or education i.e. you speak the language of senior finance leaders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, complex modeling). This is critical and will be tested
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement & commercial conversations.

What's in it for You?

  • Fully remote (UK-based) with flexible working hours.
  • Competitive base salary + bonus potential. Minimum 60,000 GBP
  • Private medical & dental insurance.
  • 20 days annual leave + extra sick leave.
  • Work with innovative tech reshaping financial planning globally.
