We're working with a renowned name and top player in its market who are seeking a commercial lawyer to handle a range of commercial law and corporate matters.

Reporting into a highly supportive Head of Legal, you will have responsibility for:

1. Assisting on customer and supplier contracts and advising on bids and tenders
2. Advising on strategic projects
3. Handling matters such as GDPR, Employment, IT/Tech contracts
4. Assisting with managing large corporate M&A projects
