We have an exceptionally exciting and unusual in-house opportunity for a Share Schemes lawyer looking to move in-house.

Our client is a global corporate services organisation with locations in all key financial centres worldwide.

They are market leaders in employee share plan services and have plans for expansion in 2025.

Reporting directly to the Head of Function, this role offers excellent quality work and work-life balance.

This key position provides broad, commercially focused legal support related to HMRC-approved, unapproved, and global employee share plans, including foreign law regulatory due diligence.

We are seeking an experienced Share Plans Lawyer to advise the business on employee share plans, their setup, administration, and regulated services including asset management and share dealing services.

You will have the support of an experienced team of lawyers but will have autonomy to make decisions as a team specialist.

Your responsibilities will enable you to engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders within the organization.

This is a high-profile role where you will be regarded as an industry expert within a fast-moving and dynamic organisation.

The role can be based in London or Bristol with hybrid working arrangements.
