About the Role
We are looking a dedicated individual to provide advice, guidance, and information to disabled people. This servicesupports those in receipt of a Direct Payment (DP), Individual Living Fund (ILF), or an individual budget (IB),helping them remain in their own homes and live independently. You will play a vital role in empoweringindividuals to manage their support arrangements effectively and efficiently.

About the Role
We're looking for a committed, organised, and collaborative Project Manager to lead a unique, 8 month-longinitiative aimed at understanding and improving job retention for disabled people.
This project places lived and living experience at its heart. Working alongside a diverse, paid steering group ofdisabled people, you’ll use the Scottish Approach to Service Design to explore the barriers disabled people facein staying in work — and co-create potential solutions.
You’ll lead on planning, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of key outputs including a researchreport, solution toolkit, and the successful coordination of a lived experience group.
We're looking for someone with:
• Proven experience managing community-based projects, ideally with direct involvement in co-production orco-design
• A strong understanding of disability equality and inclusive practice
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills
The posts will be 28hrs a week, based in our Glasgow office 3 days a week with the option to work from home for theremainder of the week. Some Glasgow-wide travel may be required. Fixed Term (to end April 2026).

Glasgow Association for Mental Health is one of the principal providers of community mental health services inGreater Glasgow. We are commissioned by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership to deliver aCompassionate Distress Response Service (CDRS) for people in distress who do not require medical or clinicalintervention.
We would like to recruit for our Primary Care In Hours Pathway. This pathway takes referral from GPs and theirPrimary Care Team. The In-Hrs service operates 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm.
The service operates from our GAMH Head Office, St Andrews by the Green, 33 Turnbull Street, Glasgow G1 5PR.
Key Skills:
Good communication skills to be able to work effectively with referrers and individuals using the service.Compassionate listening, be able to alleviate individual’s feelings of distress. Be highly resourceful insupporting individuals i.e., identifying coping strategies, self-management techniques and onward referral whereappropriate. Be confident and competent to apply risk assessment, safety planning, and escalation processeswhere appropriate. SVQ 3 or equivalent or willingness towards achieving this qualification is essential.

The Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities (SCLD) is seeking a highly organised and motivatedAdministration and Compliance Officer to support the smooth running of our organisation.
This role is key to ensuring effective governance, compliance, and operational efficiency, while also providing vitalsecretariat support to our Board and Sub-Committees.
You will play a central role in maintaining robust systems and processes, acting as GDPR Data Officer and Health& Safety Officer, and managing our CRM system. With excellent organisational and communication skills, youwill be confident in coordinating governance requirements, designing policies and procedures, and ensuringcompliance across the organisation. This is a varied role that requires accuracy, initiative, and the ability tobalance competing priorities.
This permanent, part-time post (21 hours per week, with flexible daytime hours Monday to Friday) is based on hybridworking between home and our Glasgow office. The salary is £28,000 (FTE) with 37 days pro rata annual leave.
