The Role

As an Independent Financial Advisor, you will:

• Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and tailored solutions.
• Create bespoke financial plans in line with FCA regulations, ensuring clients achieve their goals.
• Manage and grow your client portfolio, supported by high-quality leads, paraplanning, administrative support, and modern financial planning systems.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm as a trusted financial partner.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipFA/CII or equivalent) essential.
• Demonstrable experience in an IFA or financial planning role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and client-first approach.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection.
