12-month Fixed Term Contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position afterwards

I have partnered with a global market-leading FMCG organization that is searching for an experienced and ambitious professional to join their team as an Indirect Procurement Manager, covering professional services and facilities management. My client employs over 100,000 professionals and operates in over 80 countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing strategic sourcing activities across the indirect procurement business unit.
2. Managing existing supplier relationships and identifying new potential suppliers to obtain the best value for money whilst ensuring high quality standards are met and maintained.
3. Analyzing and monitoring supplier performance by conducting regular supplier reviews and highlighting any problems that arise.
4. Collaborating and working cross-functionally with other business units inside the organization to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize success across the business.

Experience Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Extensive indirect procurement experience
3. Entrepreneurial mindset capable of working in a fast-moving business environment and operating as a sole contributor
4. Proven strategic sourcing experience, with excellent negotiation skills
5. Ability to work in a remote setting
