About the role

In your role as Industrial Asset Management, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role will provide a great opportunity to take day-to-day responsibility for the asset management of directly held industrial assets within the UK portfolio. The industrial portfolio comprises 35 assets and approximately 300 tenants, primarily located across London and the South East, and is predominantly multi-let and asset management intensive.

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of Private Markets, you will:

  • Work with external asset managers to drive initiatives that maximise returns and outperform the MSCI Benchmark
  • Support implementation of complex asset strategies, including ESG and NZC goals
  • Oversee consultant appointments (legal, letting, rating, etc.) and manage refurbishments/construction with internal and external teams
  • Ensure H&S compliance and support standardisation of asset management and ESG processes
  • Contribute to annual investment strategy and asset business plans, assisting in acquisitions/disposals
  • Aid in quarterly valuations and data submission to MSCI
  • Provide property expertise across PMG mandates to support broader transaction and asset management goals

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Experience in asset management, ideally within the industrial property sector
  • Strong knowledge of valuation, cash flows, leasing, and Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Understanding of investment theory and property as an asset class
  • Awareness of ESG and NZC considerations in property management
  • High competency across property sectors with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to be a team player with a results-driven mindset
