Information Manager

We're looking for an Information Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team for our Southern Water framework. Working from home and the Falmer office in East Sussex, you'll be involved in a new 7-year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water.
Location: Hybrid working, from home and with regular weekly travel to Falmer office
Hours: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
We're seeking an experienced Information Manager to adopt the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry/Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping to deliver client requirements. The role involves highlighting errors during quality assurance and maintaining awareness of the golden thread and related requirements.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Developing standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes, and manuals in collaboration with the NRNN Digital Construction Lead.
- Implementing our digital strategy for information management, including systems and processes for the CDE across all live projects, and gathering feedback from business unit employees to communicate with management.
- Conducting audits and generating compliance reports on live projects, working with project teams to address any corrective actions.
- Delivering CDE training courses and upskilling sessions to enable information coordinators to manage the CDE effectively and train project teams and stakeholders.
- Managing information coordinators through processes such as PPR, escalations, 1:1s, mentoring, and training.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you have:
- Experience managing large volumes of data and information from various sources on projects.
- Understanding of practical information management procedures, including workflows, change control, and management.
- Effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors, with the ability to educate stakeholders on CDE protocols.
- Proven ability to deliver ISO 19650 standards across projects.
