What is the role? The role of the Information Security Analyst is to strengthen Wealth Dynamix’s security posture across our Azure-based SaaS environment. This is a hands‑on, technical role with a focus on identity and access management, threat detection, vulnerability management, and operational security monitoring. Working closely with the Information Security & Data Privacy Manager, you will help design, implement, and operate security controls that protect our data, systems, and clients while supporting compliance with global standards and regulations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in Microsoft Azure security who is motivated to take ownership of day‑to‑day security operations and contribute to continuous improvement of our security capabilities. Main Responsibilities
The design, configuration, and management of Microsoft Entra Conditional Access policies and identity security controls. Manage and monitor Azure environment security, including configuration, log analysis, and response activities. Takes a lead on continuous improvement of security capabilities. Conduct threat detection and hunting activities to proactively identify indicators of compromise or anomalous behaviour. Configure and maintain security dashboards to provide visibility of risks, vulnerabilities, and incidents. Perform vulnerability assessments, triage findings, and collaborate with IT/DevOps/Development teams to prioritise and track remediation. Assist with incident response activities, including log analysis and forensic support where required. Contribute to automation initiatives, streamlining repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency. Help ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulations including ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR. Update Vulnerability boards and registers. Produce technical reports showing the business benefit of suggested controls Assist with compliance monitoring in-line with KPIs Uphold security best practices to protect systems, data, and people.

Who is best suited to this role?
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. Required Certifications to include AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer Associate), SC-200 (Security Operations Analyst), or equivalent. CompTIA Security+ or Azure Administration. 5 years’ experience in a technical security or systems role. Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra, conditional access, and identity security. Practical experience in threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring. Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR tools, log analysis, and cloud security monitoring. Hands‑on knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and vulnerability management processes. Familiarity and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong grasp of network and cloud security fundamentals. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences. Experience working with compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR). Exposure to automation tools (PowerShell, KQL, Logic Apps) to support security operations.
