A leading UK institution is seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join their iSolutions team, delivering innovative IT and digital transformation projects that make a real impact across the organisation. Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver medium to large-scale digital and IT projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Lead digital innovation initiatives, including AI pilot projects, establishing frameworks, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to identify opportunities to expand the use of existing technologies to solve business challenges.
  • Organise and deliver innovation events such as hackathons to foster creativity and experimentation.
  • Produce clear and engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Apply project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) and ensure alignment with technical architecture standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to support successful project outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Experience with business transformation projects, you don’t need to be a technical expert, but must be confident delivering IT-enabled change.
  • Appreciation of AI and digital innovation trends, with the ability to evaluate and support emerging technologies.
  • Skilled in budget tracking, forecasting, and resource management.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and driving delivery across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of software and hardware deployment lifecycles is desirable.
  • Higher Education experience is a plus but not essential.

Base pay range

Paying up to £45,000 (depending on experience) — this range is provided by Tate Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
