Overview

A highly regarded Thames Valley law firm are seeking an internal recruiter to join their busy HR team.

Role

The role is initially for 18 months on a fixed term contract with potential to become permanent. You will provide senior-level support to the firm’s hiring partners, to support the growth of the wider firm and to help shape the future of the firm’s social media presence in relation to recruitment.

You will manage vacancies from approval stage through to offer, sourcing candidates and supporting line managers. You will work with established recruitment agents as well as making direct approaches for candidates.

There may be some involvement in HR projects for the right individual.

Candidate

You must have experience of recruiting in the legal sector and a solid in-house recruitment background would be preferred. Agency recruiters will also be considered.
