What You'll Do
- Grow revenue within a set portfolio of customers, through proactive outreach, smart account planning, and great follow-through.
- Nurture relationships: be the trusted go-to, keep records tidy in their CRM, and keep customers coming back.
- Own the details: process orders accurately and on time, support invoicing, and help resolve any hiccups fast.
- Team up with colleagues in Sales, Customer Success and Operations to keep the customer experience seamless.
- Track their pipeline and follow up on key quotes, adding services where they bring extra value.
Youll thrive here if you
- Enjoy talking to customers and can explain things clearly and confidently.
- Like hitting targets and are comfortable with outbound calling and managing your time well.
- Are organised, detail-driven, and happy working across a few systems (CRM/order processing).
- Bring a problem-solving, customer-first mindset, and you're a true team player.
Nice to have (not a deal-breaker): experience in IT/AV/UC distribution, sales forecasting, and sales methodologies.
