Job Description:

Overview: Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device designed to enhance the daily lives of people with low vision. This product is unique on the market. The inside sales team is seeking energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to qualify leads and close deals over the phone. This position is home-office based anywhere in England.

Requirements: Previous experience in sales development and inside sales is required. Experience with healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification quotas (70% of time).
  2. Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations with leads via outbound calls.
  3. Close deals over the phone (30% of time).
  4. Assign leads to field sales team members or partners as directed.
  5. Record interactions in CRM systems and generate activity reports.
  6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products.
