The ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional who excels at new business development, embraces virtual selling, and can successfully juggle multiple opportunities while delivering results in our fast-paced environment.
You'll break new ground by:
- Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through consultative selling
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and digital channels
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear progression milestones
- Account Development: Grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Solution Positioning: Articulate compelling value propositions and ROI scenarios to decision-makers
- Digital Engagement: Leverage virtual platforms to conduct effective sales presentations and customer meetings
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, technical specialists, and customer success teams
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates to management
Your success is grounded in:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Experience in solution selling, preferably in technology or energy-related fields
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellence in virtual selling and digital communication
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships remotely
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
