The Role You will manage a varied caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency matters, including:

Advising insolvency practitioners, directors, and creditors on restructuring and insolvency issues Handling administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements Advising on director disqualification proceedings and antecedent transactions Supporting on contentious insolvency matters, including asset recovery and misfeasance claims Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and banking teams
