Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–5:00pm | Fri: 8:30am–4:00pm

About the role

Are you an experienced electrician or installer looking to transition to an office-based role? Do you want to be part of a growing team at the forefront of green energy solutions? Sync Energy, part of the Luceco Group, is looking for an Installations Manager to support and train electricians and installers working with our range of EV charging, solar PV, and battery storage systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage our installer database and ensure SLA contracts are met
• Develop and deliver training on EV and home energy solutions
• Support onboarding for customers and assist with commercial site readiness
• Track and report on charging sites and payments
• Work with the team to deliver CPD training and ongoing development

What We’re Looking For:

• Electrician/installer experience (EV, solar PV, and battery systems)
• Strong understanding of product installation and technical knowledge
• A full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office ()
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
