Int. PCO with SOW management and financial documentation experience to support our large banking client
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Hybrid (Toronto)
Description:
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and resources administration, and provides professional support to one or more Managers. The role involves ensuring all administrative and operational processes and control standards are followed, while seeking opportunities for improvement, contributing to efficient operations.
SOW Management
- Review SOWs in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors and seek approvals.
- Ensure SOWs align with the bank's policies by working with the sourcing team.
- Upload approved SOWs to the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool.
- Review vendor invoices according to contract terms and approved SOWs.
- Verify that invoices match resource hours booked in timesheets.
- Ensure timely invoice approval to prevent payment delays.
Onboarding/Offboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access provisioning and stakeholder engagement for a smooth transition.
Finance:
- Provide estimated monthly accruals to Finance.
- Analyze financial data to identify capitalization gaps.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in SOW management, invoicing, or financial documentation (preferred).
- Strong understanding of contract terms, procurement processes, and invoice workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration & team skills.
