We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge healthcare data integration solutions. In this role, you will provide architectural vision, technical guidance, and hands‑on expertise across complex integration projects — from pre‑sales discussions through to implementation. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling seamless data exchange across healthcare systems, improving interoperability, and supporting digital transformation across organizations. Accountabilities
- Lead integration architecture design and provide consultancy to clients, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across all solutions
- Define, document, and implement solution architecture deliverables to support client objectives
- Present technical solutions to customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of integration products throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, technical forums, and meetings to guide clients and project teams
- Provide ongoing technical assurance, problem‑solving support, and architecture guidance during delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth integration and project success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 10 years of technical experience, including healthcare application implementation and technical integration
- Minimum of 5 years in a client‑facing role operating at both technical and business levels
- Proven experience in designing and delivering integration solutions within the healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of integration standards and technologies such as HL7, FHIR, HTTP(S), XML, and Web Services
- Proficiency with Java‑based application servers, RDBMS databases, and multi‑tier web architectures
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and JSP
- Experience preparing technical architecture documentation and specifications
- Hands‑on expertise in interface and integration delivery
- Ability to embrace and leverage AI‑enhanced workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to improve efficiency and innovation
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client management skills
