The impact you will have in this role:
The Integration Consultant II works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Consultant will act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing project plans and overseeing onboarding activities from pre-sales through "go-live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to define and document project deliverables through requirements discussions and workflow analysis.
- Manage client projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met successfully and on time. Maintain relationships with Sales, RM, Client Services, Compliance, Legal, Product Management, Finance, and Training teams.
- Handle multiple client projects simultaneously, serving as the business analyst/project manager. Develop and document project details using standard templates (e.g., Project Plan, Business Requirements Document).
- Lead regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates to senior management to drive project success.
- Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and ensure smooth handover to support teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Talents Needed For Success:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Extensive client-facing experience with proven ability to manage expectations and concerns
- Understanding of Trade Flow and Trade Processing (e.g., STP, industry initiatives) highly desirable
- Experience with messaging systems/protocols (e.g., FIX, SWIFT) highly desirable
- Experience working for a vendor with strong external client interaction preferred
