A fast-growing technology company based in central London is looking for an experienced IP Lawyer to join on an interim basis for approximately 3 months (with possibility of extension).

The role is hybrid (3 days per week in London).

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing expert advice on all aspects of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets etc.)
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating IP agreements, licences, NDAs, collaboration contracts
• Ensuring internal compliance with IP policies, managing filings / registrations as needed
• Working closely with commercial, product and R&D teams in a fast-paced, scaling environment

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified lawyer with solid IP experience (in-house or private practice), ideally with technology/ platform background
• Proven track record in IP drafting, negotiation and enforcement
• Good commercial mindset; able to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Available to commit to 3 days per week in London, plus remote flexibility
