A high-growth fintech is looking for an immediately available senior corporate lawyer to join its London team and take the lead on complex corporate and strategic matters across the group on an interim basis.

You’ll advise senior stakeholders on major projects including M&A, fundraising, group restructures, treasury and wider commercial initiatives.

Our client is looking for a qualified lawyer (c.7+ PQE) with a strong corporate background ideally gained in a top-tier or international firm with some in-house or secondment experience.
