Immediate start. You'll be joining an established £11m turnover SME - a privately owned business experiencing YOY growth. You are number 1 in finance - a key member of the SLT reporting to the MD / Founder.

This is a profitable business with social purpose at the heart of the mission and the team is gelled by this sense of adding value to the community.

Your remit is broad - you are an objective sounding board, working with other directors to ensure decision making is effective and well-thought-through.

It would suit a hands on, professional, calm and diligent character - ACCA or ACA qualified.

You will ideally have been Head of Finance or FD within an SME.

This role offers incredible work life balance - it is full time but fully remote and you will have the freedom and autonomy to manage your workload as you see fit.

Requirements

• You will be a seasoned FD / Head of Finance who is immediately available.
• You will have completed ACCA or ACA and have solid technical accounting and analytical skills.
• A calm, measured approach to problem solving and discussing complex problems.
• Natural ability to build relationships.
• A high degree of common sense!
