Your new role
As an Interim HR Project Manager, you will support the HR Lead with a variety of HR project activities across the EMEA and US regions. You will work closely with HR centres of excellence and HR Business Partners, managing HR project administration including reporting, presenting at HR leadership meetings, tracking deadlines, updating project plans, and maintaining HR systems, templates, and toolkits.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR projects within a global matrix organization. You should demonstrate strong project management skills, including delivering projects on time, and experience working with HR Centres of Excellence. Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders is essential. This role is a 4-month FTC, starting early June 2025, and requires 20 hours per week.
