The group combines more than three decades of international experience with a forward‑looking approach to digital transformation. It is now seeking an Interim Legal Counsel to provide maternity cover and partner with business leaders across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

This is a wide‑ranging in‑house position offering exposure to commercial, compliance, and governance matters across an international footprint. The Interim Legal Counsel will act as a trusted adviser to senior management and teams across business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing commercial and corporate legal advice across the group’s global operations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Advising on data protection and privacy compliance, ensuring best practices are embedded operationally.
• Supporting corporate governance and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advising on employment‑related legal queries in collaboration with HR teams.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to balance legal precision with commercial objectives.

About You

• Qualified lawyer with experience in commercial and corporate law, ideally gained in‑house or within an international business environment.
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to deliver practical, business‑oriented advice.
• Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and cultures.
• Fluent in English (French is an advantage but not essential).
• Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
