Role Overview
As M&A Integration Lead, you’ll report directly to the executive team and own the planning and execution of end-to-end integration projects. You’ll act as the central link between the acquired business and internal stakeholders—ensuring operational alignment, synergy realization, and smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration planning and execution for newly acquired businesses
- Build repeatable integration frameworks and processes for future acquisitions
- Identify and track value drivers, risks, and KPIs related to integration success
- Serve as the key liaison between internal and acquired leadership teams
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years in integration, corporate development, or operational project management
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth, PE-backed environment
- Experience with M&A post-merger integration
